Now, Part Two of Tiffany Fine's chair bondage Series, Chair Bound Blonds. This is the third installment of the Series. Tiffany always in nylons, heels, sexy attire, and always as a blond. In Part One of this scene, Tiffany was tied simply but effectively with rope around her wrists and legs, and gagged with a duct tape wrap gag. Here, in Part Two, Tiffany is now tightly and very securely tied to the chair itself. Duct tape wrapped to the seat of the chair. And duct tape wrapped in 4 places to the back of the chair. To add even more helplessness to Tiffany's predicament, I tied the very heels of her high heeled shoes, to the back legs of the chair. And then to add insult to injury, for the finishing touches to Tiffany's bondage, I placed a pair of panties over Tiffany's head, and then secured it on, with a duct tape wrap gag over the panties.
