So, here we have Miss Tiffany Fine once again in a helpless chair tie predicament. Tightly tied by yours truly. This time, I used thin white rope cord, to securely tie Tiffany. Her wrists tied behind the back of the chair. And more cord cinched around her ankles, and above and below her knees. Of course, Tiffany needed to be kept quiet, so panties were stuffed in her mouth and then her gag finished off with classic silver duct tape wrapped around her head and over her mouth, four times.
